These are the numbers Marc quotes, not opening positions. A written scope confirms exactly what’s included before anything starts.
You don’t pay twice for discovery.
If you start with an audit and go on to a build, the audit fee comes off the build price. A £180 workbook audit followed by a working app means £180 off the build — and if the audit’s honest answer is that you don’t need a rebuild, that’s a complete engagement in itself and you keep the report.
Deployment
Where it runs, and where your data lives.
Decide this early: it changes nothing about the build and everything about who holds your data.
Your own server
I deploy onto hardware or hosting you already run, hand over the deploy scripts and the documentation, and your IT keeps every key. Nothing about the build changes — only who holds it.

Managed cloud (UK)
I run it on UK-based servers and handle the unglamorous half: TLS, nightly off-site backups, security patching and monitoring. Your data stays in the UK or EU, and it's exportable in full at any time.

A small server I supply, configured and sat in your building. The data never leaves the premises and the app runs at local-network speed — I just reach in to patch and monitor it. Bigger boxes and an off-site-backup variant sit just below this one in the price list.
